Thomas Heins
President/CEO

Thomas Heins is the project manager. Thomas spent three years working for a different S.I.D. (special instruments distributor), working with the sound room projects. He also has four years in the construction industry where he worked as a commercial carpenter. His product and industry knowledge will help assist you in your project. He will work with you, your administrators, architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that your project will go as smoothly as possible.

With the combination of Dan Fitzpatrick’s business experience and Thomas Heins’ industry experience we will provide you with the best customer service.

Terry Lund
Office Manager

Terry started with us in the beginning and has been amazing. She came to work with us from a much larger company and has brought, much appreciated, valuable experience.

Kyle Sanden
Lead Installer / Project Manager

Kyle attended the University of Minnesota where, while getting a great education, played basketball and was part of the MN Golden Gophers Final Four season, as well as Team Captain in his junior year. Kyle has worked in the hearing industry since 2005 and has continued to grow and learn. He has brought many great ideas and qualities to Integrity and does a great job.

Eric Johnson
Project Manager / Installer

Eric joined Integrity late last year. His first project was in Times Square (NYC), where we built 4 recording studios. His second project was also in NYC at Rockefeller University, where we installed 7 RF/EMI shielded rooms. Eric quickly learned the products and processes which are used in our field. He has been an amazing addition to Integrity.

Charlie Arendts
Installer

Charlie is the newest member of our team. He recently graduated the law enforcement program in Rochester, MN. We are glad to have Charlie and have high expectations for him.
